Details:
I was really surprised how easy it was to see the nearly half illuminated phase as the planet flickered while hovering in the sunset twilight so close to its greatest Eastern Elongation. Imaged using an Imaging Source DFK camera and a Meade LX50 10-inch SCT. I manually selected 225 out of 1500 total frames. Processed using Registax 5 and PS5.
