Very bright flare of the Iridium 30 with -7.1mag passing by Procyon and Gomeisa (Canis Minor). I took a movie of the flaring Iridium. A full movie can be seen in YouTube, please visit http://youtu.be/YjpF0wVM88E This animated GIF here is a digest part in which the Iridium was just flaring. The full movie contains Orion, Canis Minor, and Canis Major with stars of upto 5 to 6 mag and the Iridium 30 flying through Canis Minor towards Sirius.
