Details:
As Lovejoy accelerates, choosing the best combination of iso and shutter speed becomes more challenging. To my surprise, taking high iso at shorter duration yields the best results for lower noise (integrated time) and more subtle details in tail structure. The original image identifies several iso/shutter speeds (at top of each panel) in raw format. Final is what I considered the best combination for the comet's current brightness and movement. Specifics: iso 6400, f/3.5, 16x30s, temperature -5C.
