Aurora Borealis
Taken by Andy Keen on October 18, 2014 @ This fall has produced some wonderful Auroras and tonight proved no exception. At approximately 18:30 h the night sky above Finnmark (and no doubt the rest of the Arctic region) illuminated with the most spectacular display of Aurora. The colours we simply sublime with shades of reds, violet, green and even blue, which isn't see so often in these parts. If this is a sign of what's to come then for sure we're in for a real treat this Winter and I for one can't wait. Equipment / Settings Canon Eos 5D Mk. 3 camera Canon EF 14mm lens Aperture f/2.8 Shutter speed 5 seconds ISO 800
