Details:
We were driving along the Mackenzie highway north to Hay River. While driving we could see the Aurora’s roaring on both sites of the road. We were both claiming that ‘my sighting is better than yours’. We ended up in the town of Hay River at a boat ramp. Four enormous spot lights were illuminating the whole area. Not the best circumstances, but who I am to complain. It was now 2PM and the Northern Lights just popped!! East, West, North, South and above us. Where to point your camera?
