Photographer: Dan Bush - Missouri Skies - I came for the Perseids but stayed for the Satellite Fuel Dump:) I love it when something like this happens when people are already out with their attention towards the skies on something else. Thousands saw it. There's a lot of debate about this one as to where it came from and what we were witnessing as far as the geometry of what was going on so I'm not making any guesses as to what it was.
