This past evening, For the second time in my life (first being two years ago), I glimpsed the unmistakable sighting of Noctilucent Clouds from Winona, Minnesota over looking Mississippi River into Western Wisconsin. 1 of or probably is the Earths Rarest Clouds to be seen from this location for sure!
