Details:
V1405 Cas is getting brighter again. It peaked at mag 5 around May 10th, dropped to mag 8 the next week, and since then it's been creeping back up. Using 15x50IS binoculars I estimated the nova (red tick marks) this morning at mag 6.9 while the comparison star (green tick marks) is mag 6.8.
The open cluster M52 is prominent just left of center. Just above center is the nebula NGC 7635 (the "Bubble Nebula") and at the center top edge is a trace of another nebula, NGC 7538.
