Details:
The numerous reports of NLC sightings from Washington State and British Columbia on the night of July 13/14 would suggest that NLC would have been even more spectacular farther north. Well, in the Edmonton area, that was the case! This was at least the third night of the season when NLC have reached the zenith. With a coincident aurora and a rich NLC display seen right down to the horizon, it made for a memorable night! Sony A65, last photo was with a telephoto lens and ISO 3200.
