This was my first observation of the new NLC season and they were beautiful. They lasted for around four hours and had a lot of structure.

If your EXIF data are correct, it was shot at 03.34 a.m...you have to be a noctambulant to take good noctilucent clouds pictures ! ;-)
Does it mean that -we- are facing the rising sun, to the North-East ?

Seen NLC at 1 am in Newcastle too, make the most of seeing NCL.
