Details:
These photos were taken on the evening of July 20, 2014. It was a very hot and humid day with temperatures above 30C. The evening started out with tornado warnings from Environment Canada. As we sat on our front porch I noticed some crepuscular rays from an innocuous looking cloud formation on the NW horizon. The rays were very well defined and spanned the entire sky; the anticrepuscular rays disappeared into the SW horizon. I was able to capture the full sky rays with my Canon 5D MKII with and 8mm Sigma fisheye lens. I was not expecting the cloud formation to evolve into a Supercell!
