Details:
I was going to work this morning heading west on Cook Road out of Sedro-Woolley (Skagit County, Washington State, USA) when I noticed an arc in front of me. Passing through some fog the arc would intensify and then disappear. Reappearing when I re-entered the fog. It seemed to be "leading" me to the freeway. Interesting to view, and reminds one that autumn is not that far away.
