The number of sunspots has dramatically increased over the past few days with the arrival of AR1209. This CaK images shows the extent of the solar activity. Image acquired on 7/4/2014 at 10:40 AM from Alamogordo, NM using a Lunt B1200 CaK module and a Celestron 80mm Onyx with a Imaging Source DMK41AU02 camera.
