Details:
In transparent but partly cloudy skies my first NLC's of this season, initially the NLC reached Heights of 20 degrees above the northern horizon. That was easy enough for my 95 year old mother to watch the NLC from our home. Later from another location I was able to get them in combination with the old medieval tower of Steenwijk. It was a splendid display.
