Details:
A dramatic sunrise with Mama Cumulus Storm Clouds approaching from the Cascade Montains, a Sun Pillar and Sun Dogs. So I stopped on a rural highway to photograph in wide 180 panoramas, this spectacular sky. _____Sunrise Dramatic, over Highway 26 East toward Mount Hood June 23rd 6:07 AM. An approaching storm from the Cascades produced small lenticular clouds over Mount Hood [seen in lower center right horizon], with near Mama Cumulus clouds, [usually an indication as the precursor of Tornado's in the Midwest,[ yet seen here overhead in East Gresham. The sun also sported a Vertical Sun Pillar, then Sun Dogs on either side, evident in these two large panorama assembled images. art & photography by mark seibold©1954~2014 all rights reserverd
