Another quiet sun today.

Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, surface 1/800 sec. prominences 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.

The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos' Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour.

Ted: In what image-manipulating program do you find the Lynkeos Lucy-Richardson algorithm.....is it in Maxim DL? I have an older version which probably does not offer it. I use Adobe Elements for
highlighting and Autostakkert for stacking. I find that Registax
does a fine job in stacking frames, but on performing wavelets the
resolution decreases so that enlarging becomes very poor indeed.
