Details:
The Sodium tail of this Panstarrs K1 there seems to be yet, although thin drift, but straight. Photo executed to Retchey-Chretien 20 "F/4.5 for 20 minutes with an interference filter Sodium (Na) centered at 589nm and bandwidth of 10nm. ST-10XME CCD in bin2.

By comparison with the photo of Brian Ottum of 21 June appears that the ion tail has an inclination of about 20 degrees from dust tail, while the sodium tail is about 25-30 degrees in this photo of my on 20 June. - Dr Paolo Candy -
