Details:
There was a strong glow across the horizon after dusk last evening. Since the moon was shining strong and the aurora was hard to identify, I drove around to find a good spot. Clouds were approaching from the north and south so gave up and stopped in a random spot where some sheep were relaxing. It turned out that was a good spot since it was facing southeast and saw some actions above the strong glow. After the aurora came slightly closer with the green stripes waving on top of the glow, some red vertical stripes passed through higher in the sky through the clouds. EOSM 22mm ISO1600
