Details:
on May 7 2014, despite the seeing i was able to make images near or closed the terminator. In the enclosed image i show the region in Plato, under strongly oblique illumination (North up West to the left). In the mare to the north in this oblique illumination a bump is detectable. I have enclosed also a contrasted image, and a false color image. So if you don't see clearly the bump you need to increase the levels or curves in Photoshop. The bump is really well shown but it should be a raised part of the soil of the mare in that region (Frigoris). The bump is real and altimetry WAC LROC imagery and GLD100 dataset indicate a raised soil. I was impressed of the bumpy appearance of the soil there. But it should be not considered a domical object but likely a higher level of the soil respect to nearby lavas. Of course the bump raises wide question about the origin.
