Details:
This evening was beautiful here in mid-Missouri, mostly clear and warm. The 5-day-old Moon was a wonderful accent piece, high in the western sky. Photo made with a Canon T3i, working at prime-focus through an 8-inch, f/8, Astro-Tech Ritchey-Chretien instrument. The exposure was 1/200-second at ISO-800.
