Details:
About 3 minutes before the ISS and 4 minutes before the SpaceX Dragon CRS-3 passed, I imaged this piece of slowly tumbling debris from the Dragon launch. It slowly varied between mag. +3.5 and invisibility. This is the debris piece catalogued as 2014-022C/#39682 by JSpOC. It is either the Dragon nose cone cover, or one of the solar panel covers. Image taken from Leiden, the Netherlands, in late twilight of the evening of 19 April 2014 near 20:02:52 UTC. Canon EOS 60D + EF 2.0/35mm lens, 400 ISO, 5 seconds.
