Details:
I observed the Dragon and ISS, plus a third debris object related to the launch (2014-022C, #39682) in late twilight on the evening of Apr 19. The Dragon was bright (mag. +1.5) and chased the ISS by about 1m 12s. They could be seen together in the sky, albeit at large distance (slightly over 40 degrees separated them). The debris piece, which was tumbling, was faint (mag +4 max) and passed a few minutes before the Dragon/ISS pass.
