Its an airplane with short contrail. You can even see the two separate line of the contrail. Many people mix them up.

Thank you for the observation! Ill look for the contrails next time I see something like this to identify it correctly.

plus you may want to check out a verified video of a meteor to see how FAST they actually travel. Look for Peekskill meteor video, or Jackson Hole / Tetons meteor of the early 1970s, or even the Russian meteor of last year !!! Just some good reference videos.
