Details:
Yesterday I took advantage of a totally clear sky to image the numerous active regions in white light. The full disk image was taken with a Canon EOS 60D attached to a SkyWatcher 100ED refractor. I made the filter from Baader solar film.
The more detailed image is a stack of 960 frames taken with an Imaging Source DMK51AU02.AS high frame rate video camera.
