Details:
A little better seeing here in NY this evening, good enough to reveal a few surface features on the red planet. According to Calsky's apparent view of Mars, Acidalia Planitia is the dark area just below the polar cap and the several dark features along the bottom include Nereidum Montes and Arabia Terra.
