Here in Los Angles, CA, we experienced mostly clear skies here with some wispy cloud coverage. For the most part I was able to shot through the clouds until the coverage came in heavier after mid-totality. This is my 1st time trying such a sequence and learned a lot…I love our cosmos~ [These pics were taken with a Nikon D200 and a 500mm lens at 5 minute intervals prior to totality, then 2 minute intervals at totality : the actual image is 111"x6.39" @ 300dpi…so the moon phases are around 3.3"diameter.] This image is available for purchase via contact KLNZD396@GMAIL.COM
