Details:
cool muggy night, clouds coming in from the west. Set up camera pointing south and exposed for 4919seconds, F20, 15mm. I opened the shutter at 3:15am as the moon was in total eclipse. I closed the shutter around 4:35 when the moon was now partially illuminated. Mars is seen just above the Moon trail. The lens had begun to collect dew and so the end of the exposure was blurred making the moon much brighter. Magnificent experience seeing the moon turn red.
