Details:
I tried a difficult task of getting star trails from most light polluted location in delhi from inside the Jaiprakash yantra at Jantar Mantar. Its a 150 minutes exposure showing the trails. Skies were not that conducive to astophotography but i gave it t try. One can see the platforms of jaiprakash where reading are taken. The position of the camera is such that as if an observer is lying at the nadir point and looking up the zenith. This is what Jai singh would have seen stars trailing if he had lied down for long durations at the bottom center of the Jaiprakash yantra (of course without taking a nap :-)
