Taken by Charles Chiofar on March 23, 2013 @ Took series of images of Mars last weekend as it nears its closest approach to Earth on April 14th. Each image is a stack of 150 frames (out of 2000) taken with a DFK21AU04.AS video camera,a TeleVue 4X Powermate and an Explore Scientific ED127 telescope.

Details:
Took series of images of Mars last weekend as it nears its closest approach to Earth on April 14th. Each image is a stack of 150 frames (out of 2000) taken with a DFK21AU04.AS video camera,a TeleVue 4X Powermate and an Explore Scientific ED127 telescope. Seeing was a 3 and the transparency was only a 2.
