Kp 2? ?? That's why guests come to Chena Hot Springs Resort outside Fairbanks Alaska, where even a "Kp 2" can astonish. (To be fair, the Bz index had tipped well south allowing for an awesome aurora show with up to seven static green bands filling the sky overhead before ripping up a storm of dancing hot pink flashes from 0140 - 0150 local Alaska time, March 21st).
