Today's digital filtergram shows a snapshot of a type 3N Flare. It started at 22.40hrs UT, peaked at 23.00 and ended at 23.30. It had an X-ray class of M1.5. It occurred in active region 11996. Date of observation:- 10th March 2014 UT. Time of observation:- 21.15hrs to 00.00hrs. Conditions:- Fair (3) Camera:- Canon 600D ISO:- 400 Shutter speed:- 1/20th sec Filter:- H-alpha 6Å Telescope:- Meade S.C. 10 inch
