Details:
March 9, late Sunday afternoon at the greater Cincinnati area, high icy clouds created great conditions for atmospheric displays - a faint circumzenithal arc overhead, compact but very colorful sundogs, and a cloud formation with the Sun inside that looked like a giant eye in the sky, complete with eyelashes!
