Details:
After going to Yerkes for the first time in 5 months (14 years old, traveling doesn't come easy) and going around 4am with my mentor from the University of Chicago, Vivian Hoette, I took the opportunity given to take images of the amazing night sky in front of me. This an an image of Mars on the left, Spica on the bottom right of Mars, then the two stars of Libra to the left of mars and spica and Saturn completing a triangle with the two brightest stars in the constellation Libra. That triangle's head points towards the constellation Scorpius, and the core of the summertime milky way is just off to the left. Details: Canon 6D, f/1.4, 15 second exposure, 800 ISO. Enjoy!
