Meteor Double Explosion
Taken by Cory Lindsay on January 24, 2014 @ It was a one-in-a-million shot! I was doing some star shot tests with my camera, and the shutter just happened to be open and the camera pointed in just the right direction at just the right moment! I couldn't believe my eyes! I watched the meteor appear then explode twice before fading away. I was using a Nikon D50, f3.5, 47 second exposure.
