another great night at abisko! (copyright chad) just arrived at abisko, the show started early in the evening and ended around one o'clock. it was for me the perfect building up of a aurora display. green glow, first bow low on the horizon, bows get higher, some vertical outbreaks, arcs from east to west high in sky, very active jets dancing mainly east west.... the end with a misty used aurora shaded sky........remembering what i just saw. as i want to sharpen my honest eye looking, i have to say, that the aurora was allnightlong white to my naked eye.....almost.
