Details:
The picture shows an image of the supernova quite early after discovery, an image of 829 stacked single frames of the spectrum of the supernova and finally two plots of 4 low resolution spectra . The first plot contents the spectra corrected for instrumental response, which describes the "true" light intensity over the observed spectral range (see abscissa). The second plot shows the 4 spectra with respect to the local continuum. A line identification is added here too.
