Details:
Still shaking off the cold but I did make an image of the 4% illuminated Moon in conjunction with the Planet, Mercury. Nice early morning event. I made this image at 06:01:38 CST this morning 02/27/2014 using a Cannon 60Da Camera with a Baader Vario Finder as a lens. The exposure was 1/8 second with an ISO selection of 800 and an f stop of 4.1. Hope this find you well, and as for me I am going to get some coffee and get ready to check out the action on the Sun! Best, Victor C. Rogus Jadwin, MO
