Details:
February 19th was -45 here in the Arctic Ocean. Windchill factor was -63. At the time 6 miles off shore a crew was using pumper tractors to drill into the frozen Beaufort Sea ice to flood the to side to form nice solid ice. This is a process of building an ice road to carry heavy equipment. Most of the time the water will form steam and the light winds carry it around just like clouds. I was lucky enough for a little shift in the wind to capture this overhead Corona.
