Details:
As the past of chilly winter, the central bulge of Milky Way rise over the eastern sky before dawn, symbolizes the begining of Spring. The scene was recorded above a sea of clouds in Yunnan Province of China at February 4th. The day is also traditionally signified as a 24 solar terms, the start of spring in East Asian cultures, when the Sun is exactly at the celestial longitude of 315°. Farmers often celebrate the day with special village events, worship and offerings to the gods and ceremonies for a blissful and prosperous new year.
