Details:
I was driving in to work and happened to peek up at the sun through the clouds. and could clearly make out a large sunspot on the sun. This really was a cool opportunity to get a shot. so I pulled over on a back road and as cold as it was took this pic. the second pic is a closeup crop of the same image resized 2x. Camera used was a canon t4i with a 100-400L lens. handheld no tripod. Still could not believe I could see the sunspot through the cloud. after taking the shot I viewed it and it revealed many more. I usually would use a solar filter to take the picture, I did not have that available to me at the time. I am sure the picture would have turned out much nicer with the proper equipment. Just thought I would share this with everyone as it was a cool sight to be seen.
