Details:

It was a pretty cold day yesterday with temperatures at about -15F. The wind was blowing snow around and creating the perfect opportunity to see some sundogs.

Saw one about sunrise in Rock Springs, WY several years ago! It was right on the E horizen, so the bottom of circle wasnt visible. It took me several years to discover What It Was! I sure do like your photo.
