Details:
These are more images from the wonderful display of Northern Lights we saw from the Churchill Northern Studies Centre on the night of Feb 3-4, 2014. Skies were very clear and the aurora performed on cue, delivering a beautiful display that began as an arc across the north then moved south to produce a dynamic arc from horizon to horizon through the zenith. One of the images shows the view from inside, looking up through the plexiglas viewing dome on the roof that allows shirtsleeve viewing of the aurora, as members of our group are doing here. Wonderful!
