Details:
A Fujifilm Finepix S8200 Bridge camera, fitted with a Baader solar filter, was set to ISO 100, f/6.5 at 1/1000s exposure and mounted on a Merlin, auto-tracking mount. Four sets of 10 images were captured in rapid succession in burst mode. The 35 best images were stacked in Registax 5 to produce the final image which was colourised.
