Details:
I looked out the window this evening to see if I could see the crescent Moon and Mercury setting in the west. There were thin clouds which dissipated quickly and a beautiful sight unfolded. I had fun timing my camera shutter with vehicles driving down the road as their headlights illuminated the telephone poles that flank the sides of the road which added an element of depth to the images. Images taken with a Canon 5D MKII and a Canon 100-400mm lens.
