Details:
I noticed the moondogs which aren't too common, and on closer inspection I saw the circumzenithal arc - my first time seeing anything of the sort from the Moon rather than the Sun. Closer inspection of the picture revealed what I think is the supralateral arc touching the bottom of the circumzenithal arc, and some extentions of the moondogs to form part of the parhelic (parlunic?) circle.
