Taken by Rhonda Konicki on January 11, 2014 @ Sony Alpha 18mm, f/16 Weather: -35F in town, you can see the ice fog building up. The mid day sun is reflecting in the fog, just east of the stack from the power plant to display what looks like a mini-sun over town.
