Feel free to share if you like. Out hunting the Aurora Borealis 9 january 2014. It was predicted an enormous show in the sky. Well, guess what. It did not happen. We drove off to Kveøya, a little island right outside Kvæfjord, North Norway. The mountains you see straight ahead in the picture is possibly Skardtindan, Durmålstinden, Båtfjellet,Høgtinden and Nattmålsfjeldet in Vesterålen. While waiting the the show to start I had my camera runing a timelapse sequence, this is all the 80 photos stacked together. Exif: 80 pictures stacked at 16mm 30sec iso 2000. Canon 5d Mk 3.
