Details:
It is extremely cold. 10 degrees Fahrenheit at 12:20pm EST. Venus is only 4 days from inferior conjunction. Used a garage to block the sun and scanned north west. The crescent is huge and whisper thin. Used a 100mm Refractor with 190x magnification and an IPhone 5 to take this photograph! Venus is only 0.8% illuminated!
