I'm not sure, please explain. This was a very unusual cloud formation. I never saw anything like this before!

These clouds are possibly Cirrus fibrous radiates from : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Types_of_clouds#Polar_stratospheric_class:_types_and_subtypes

Stratocumulus undulatus or maybe radiatus
