Details:
Very hard to see with the naked eye with the light pollution of Santa Fe, NM. Luckily my Canon Rebel XTi (400D) caught it with a 300mm focal length, ISO of 1600, 8 second speed shutter and a f-stop of 4! The first photo is the original picture I captured. The second is a zoomed in picture of the comet from the original image. And finally the 3rd photo is the same as the second image but this time it is negative. This photo was taken around 5:15am MST.
